SOUP/JUiCE DEtox guidelines

This cleanse is a bit different from our only juice cleanse in that you have more blended high fiber foods to keep you full throughout the day. Because of this difference there is not time or spacing that you must keep between your juices, soups or smoothies. We do have some recommendations.. begin your day with the JUST CELERY juice. Drinking celery juice on an empty stomach first thing in that morning has show to improve digestion and absorption for the rest of the day. Drinking celery juice on an empty stomach will help activate and restore the gut.
